চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জে ৫৩ বিজিবির অভিযানে ভারতীয় মহিষ ও ট্রলি আটক

চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ ব্যাটালিয়ন (৫৩ বিজিবি) এর বিশেষ অভিযানে সীমান্ত এলাকা থেকে ৪টি ভারতীয় ছোট মহিষ ও ১টি ট্রলি গাড়ি আটক করা হয়েছে। জব্দকৃত মালামালের আনুমানিক বাজারমূল্য ৭ লাখ ৫০ হাজার টাকা।
আজ বুধবার (২৯ জুলাই ২০২৬) সকাল ০৫:৩০ ঘটিকায় সীমান্ত পিলার ১৭১/১-এস থেকে আনুমানিক ৫ কিলোমিটার বাংলাদেশের অভ্যন্তরে দাদনচক নামক স্থানে এই অভিযান পরিচালিত হয়।
বিজিবি সূত্রে জানা যায়, মনোহরপুর বিওপির একটি বিশেষ টহলদল গোপন সংবাদের ভিত্তিতে দাদনচক এলাকায় অভিযান চালায়। এ সময় মালিকবিহীন অবস্থায় ৪টি ভারতীয় ছোট মহিষ ও ১টি ট্রলি গাড়ি জব্দ করা হয়।
অভিযানের সত্যতা নিশ্চিত করে চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ ব্যাটালিয়ন (৫৩ বিজিবি) এর অধিনায়ক লেফটেন্যান্ট কর্নেল কাজী মুস্তাফিজুর রহমান, পিএসসি জানান, “আমাদের দায়িত্বপূর্ণ সীমান্ত এলাকায় সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা, পুশ-ইন প্রতিরোধ এবং যেকোনো ধরনের অবৈধ চোরাচালান রুখে দিতে ৫৩ বিজিবি সর্বদা তৎপর রয়েছে।
