নওগাঁর ধামইরহাটে ৭৫ লিটার চোলাই মদ সহ থানা পুলিশ ১ জনকে গ্রেফতার করেছে।
নওগাঁর পুলিশ সুপার জনাব তারিকুল ইসলাম এর কঠোর নিদের্শনায় ধামইরহাট থানার অফিসার ইনচার্জ মিন্টু রহমান এর নেতৃত্বে ধামইরহাট থানার একটি বিশেষ টিম এই অপশনে অংশগ্রহণ করেন।
৯ সেপ্টেম্বর (বুধবার) রাত্রি ২২ টা৩৫ মিনিটে ধামইরহাট পৌর সভার হাটনগর গ্রামে অনিতা পাহান(৪৫) স্বামী পরেস পাহানের বসতবাডীতে অভিযান পরিচালনা করে এবং ৭৫ লিটার চোলাই মদ তৈরির উপকরন উদ্ধার সহ অনিতা পাহানকে গ্রেফতার করেন।এবিষয়ে পুলিশ জানায় চোলাই মদ তৈরির উদ্দেশ্যে উপকরন রাখার অপরাধে আসামির বিরুদ্ধে মামলার রুজু প্রক্রিয়া ধীন। তাছাড়া আমাদের মাদকের বিরুদ্ধে নিয়মিত অভযান অব্যাহত থাকবে। মাদক কারবারি ও সেবন কারীদের এক বিন্দু ছাড় দেওয়া হবে না।
